Other people can charm the socks of people, they may have a winning smile, lots of charisma, and often have the ability to communicate well with other people.
You need to show people with stories what you expect from them. Your followers must know what traits they can expect from you, such as commitment, communication, competence, courage, discernment, focus, generosity, initiative, listening, passion, positive attitude, problem-solving, relationships, responsibility, security, self-discipline, servanthood, teachability, and vision.
Discover Your Strengths and Teach By Example
Assume the self confidence posture before you actually feel the self confidence. Thoughts tend to follow physical posture. Resolve to have tenacity and strength and you will encourage those you work with to become stronger.
Note that you will have to deal with all types of personalities. Leaders are often under attack from all sides, and it's important to watch your own back because often nobody else will.
